All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation is received. Orders placed during sale events or promotional periods may take slightly longer to process due to increased volume. We will reach out to you via email if any significant delays are anticipated.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and package dimensions.

Standard Shipping: 15 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are approximate and may be impacted by carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, logistical disruptions, or holiday periods.

3. Shipment Notifications & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information typically becomes viewable within 24-48 hours after the package is picked up by our shipping partner. If the tracking link does not show updates immediately, please allow additional time for the carrier's system to refresh.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including any apartment numbers, building access codes, or delivery notes.

PAWAN KUMAR cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping charges will apply before we can send it out again.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages:

If your package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your bag arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged product, the original packaging, and the shipping label to help us process your claim quickly.

We will review each case promptly and work with you to find the best resolution.

6. Product Care & Usage

Our bags are designed for everyday use and crafted with quality materials. To keep your bag looking its best and maintain its structural integrity, please follow the care guidelines provided with your purchase.

PAWAN KUMAR is not liable for damage caused by improper cleaning, overloading beyond capacity, exposure to harsh conditions, accidental impact, or normal wear and tear from regular use.

7. International Shipping & Duties

For international orders shipped outside of New Zealand, customs duties, import taxes, or additional handling fees may be charged by your destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs authority for current rates and regulations before placing your order.
